The City of Waterloo intends to prequalify, up to seven (7) qualified Contractors to participate in the RFT Process for the supply and install of all components necessary to the construction of  “Two Spray Pads and Washroom Buildings”. The project consist of similar work at two separate City of Waterloo parks; Blue Beech Link and Eastbridge Green. The work generally comprises of installing water, sanitary, storm and electrical services, the installation of a prefabricated washroom building, installation of a concrete spray pad and spray features and associated controllers, shade structures, landscaping, and site restoration.
