Description: 

The City of Waterloo operates an annual program to rehabilitate and/or replace municipal retaining walls. The RFPQ is pre-qualifying qualified contractors to complete rehabilitation and/or replacement of various retaining walls within the City of Waterloo municipal right-of-way. 

In this regard, the City is seeking interest from qualified and experienced Contractors who have specific experience in the successful construction of projects of a similar scope and size.
