The City of Waterloo (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified Design-Build project teams for the design and build of the Father David Bauer Drive playground replacement in Waterloo Park. The works will include site-planning, community engagement, design and preparation of construction ready drawings, obtaining permits and approvals, supply and installation of playground equipment, construction and contract administration.
