The City of Waterloo (the “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a modular turf protection system (the “System”) for 41,449.5 sq. ft. of indoor artificial turf designed to protect the synthetic playing surface during special events located within the Field House at the Manulife Sportsplex and Healthy Living Center at RIM Park. The Mandatory Site Visit is on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at the Manulife Sportsplex and Healthy Living Center at RIM Park, just inside of Entrance A, starting at 10:00 AM EST.
