The City of Waterloo (City) is seeking a qualified integrated consulting team to provide Consulting Services (Work) for Albert McCormick Community Centre (AMCC) located at 500 Parkside Drive, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, N2L 5J4. The Successful Proponent (Consultant) shall be responsible for providing all architectural, engineering, and contract administration services outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The City has two (2) renovation construction projects aligned in 2025 for AMCC. The design and construction projects will form one overall project (from an initial planning perspective they were developed independently but will now be integrated). One phase of the project is referred to as AMCC Energy and Accessibility Retrofit while the other phase of the project is referred to as McCormick Branch Library and AMCC Renovation and Expansion Project. |
