The City of Waterloo (the “City”) intends to prequalify trenchless contractors to participate as subcontractors in a subsequent Request for Tender (“RFT”) process for the “Beaver Creek Road and Conservation Drive Reconstruction” Project. The project consists of road reconstruction and installation of servicing (water, storm, and sanitary) along Beaver Creek Road, Conservation Drive, and Erbsville Road. The purpose of this RFPQ is to prequalify contractors for the trenchless components only.
