The City of Waterloo (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to provide Geotechnical Engineering Services prior to and/or during construction of municipal capital projects within City of Waterloo municipal boundaries. 

The work will be divided into two Parts, according to service type, as summarized below. Proponents may submit a proposal for one or both Parts, and each Part will be evaluated and awarded independently.
