The City of Waterloo (City) and Waterloo Public Library is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to complete a feasibility study proposing modifications with the goal of increasing space utilization and services to the public at Waterloo Public Library – Main Branch, located at 35 Albert Drive in Waterloo, Ontario. The scope of services will include consideration of existing needs assessment information, a functional and configuration assessment, strategic public engagement to inform “pre-conceptual” design options, the creation of conceptual and schematic designs, and the preparation of corresponding capital cost estimates.
