The City of Waterloo (the “City”) is inviting engineering consulting firms to participate in this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) aimed at identifying up to seven (7) consultants to participate in second stage processes. This prequalification step is crucial for consultants who wish to bid on engineering design, contract administration and inspection services (collectively, the “Consulting Services”) for upcoming road reconstruction projects.
