The City of Waterloo is soliciting proposals from architectural/engineering firms to provide comprehensive planning, design, and contract administrative services for the expansion of Fire Station 2 (Headquarters) at 470 Columbia Street West, Waterloo and also provide preliminary design service for 3 other Fire/Emergency facilities.
