Description: 

The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to obtain pricing and technical services for the supply and design of a modular underground stormwater management system, based on the StormSmart™ system or equivalent.
The intent is to procure:
• A modular underground stormwater storage system capable of providing conveyance, detention, and infiltration functions.
• Engineering design and shop drawings prepared using Owner‑provided site and survey information.
• Initial installation supervision and technical support (non‑construction) to ensure system installation aligns with approved drawings and manufacturer requirements.
Physical installation and construction are explicitly excluded from this RFQ.
