Description: 

The City of Waterloo (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to provide Geotechnical Engineering Services prior to and/or during construction of municipal capital projects, including Material Testing, Geotechnical Investigation, and/or Qualified Person (QP-PL) Services, as defined in Ontario Regulation 406/19. The projects may include work involving roadways, sanitary or storm sewers, watermains, buildings, parks, or other infrastructure, and will all be located within the City of Waterloo municipal boundaries.
