The City of Waterloo (the “City”) is seeking information from qualified healthcare and occupational health providers regarding the delivery of comprehensive medical screening programs for firefighters. The goal is to identify service providers who can deliver medical evaluations aligned with NFPA 1580 (specifically NFPA 1582) standard with enhanced protocols for early detection of occupational cancers and cardiovascular disease (CVD).
